You can make a reservation online at www.marinrentacar.com or by calling our call center at +90 530 017 46 88 between 08:00 and 20:00.
You must be at least 21 years old and have a B class driver's license for at least 2 years to rent.
The rental duration is 1 day.
You can make an online reservation and payment for the person who will rent the vehicle through our website. However, the renter is obligated to present their own driver's license and credit card when picking up the vehicle.
In reservations made through our website, you can pay for the vehicle rental fee immediately with your credit card to benefit from a special discount, or you can pay via bank transfer. Additionally, you can pay with your credit card when you come to pick up the vehicle with the 'Pay at Office' option.
No, we do not have an age limit.
Without changing the location of the vehicle, you should notify the nearest police station or gendarmerie and obtain a police report. You can also call our contact center at +90 530 017 46 88. Afterwards, you can obtain the accident report prepared by the police through the e-government system.
For rentals up to 24 hours, the charge is for 1 day.
All of our vehicles are equipped with HGS. When the rental period ends, the usage information of ETC received by us from the Highways Authority, and the amount is charged to the credit card used for the rental. Due to being dependent on the Highways Authority, there may be delays in the charging process. If a vehicle with HGS passes through an OBP toll booth, an unauthorized pass occurs, and the charge is reflected on the user's credit card.
In reservations, a deposit amount is taken for each reservation. This amount varies depending on the vehicle segment.
For someone else to be able to drive the vehicle, the driver's license information of the additional driver(s) must be shown on the rental agreement. Therefore, the additional driver(s) must be physically present at the office when the agreement is opened. In the event of failure to comply, or in case of any accident, all coverage will be rendered invalid, and both the renter and the driver will be held jointly and severally liable.
